A monk came to say good bye to Ch'an master Niaowo (Bird's Nest). He said:
-Thank you, Sir, for everything you've done for me. Now I got to go.
-Where will you go?
-Any place where I can learn Buddha dharmas.

The attention is focused nervous system energy. Taught it as children then imagination creates one literally. All animals possess an attention. The more pronounced you make your attention the more nervous the body becomes. Following the principle of mushin or no mind literally means letting your attention totally relax then the physical body will totally relax without effort.. Shinkintaza. To just sit. Or type? The body no longer focused your just effortlessly aware.
Quote: "You're no advocate. I'll give you that." .........
True at times. False at times. This should be a natural occurrence with all humanity. Enlightenment not the exception. Saying I'm no advocate shows your not. But for the most part its neither mine nor your fault. Nor most of humanity.
Only those who know of the atrocity being done to humanity and willingly let it happen to make us nervous and at unease with many varied methods is the ones I hold at fault. Then through this method tend to turn on each other.
