Different winds come from all directions. Some are clear, some carry dust,
some are cold or hot, fierce gales or gentle breezes. In the same way
sensations arise in the body... continue...

→→→→ vertical line TOPIC: NERVOUS SYSTEM ENERGY
vertical line Posted on May.14.2019 @ 12:20PM EDT by Bobwidget
The physical body is automatically aware of reality because its energy is. Focused or relaxed its aware.

Focusing the body's nervous system energy creates an attention. Totally relaxing the body's nervous system energy makes you aware.

vertical line What focuses nervous system energy is the imagination. It is the imagination always looking for something to do, gets bored, needs security. All because of the imagination forming an attention. Because we form an attention with imagination it stays constantly busy because not to it will still and calm. Then perhaps notice its true nature. Realizing the attention is a focused imagined thought in the head and let it dissolve as any thought we create.

vertical line Why do I insist on no attention? Because an attention is a beacon. A nervous focus. A signal can match it. They call it Mara in Buddhism. So yeah. I'm determined to help people. How could I do other knowing the vast research I did? Now they label it the noosphere. Scientists wrote books dating back to the 1920s. Calling it the biosphere. It is riddled with gestaltism and uniformity. No!

Physical body totally relax your focused imagination in your head.

vertical line Jesus that's a lot of nervous energy your anxiety is feeding off - I bet you bite your nails too.
