Attention look for no security. The physical body being automatically aware is a realization and no attempt to be aware is needed. The only thing that stands in the way of this natural process is the attention. The meditation is simple. Close your eyes and bring the attention to stillness. Then you must realize the attention is focused nervous system energy brought to a point you create. Then let it totally relax. This then will let the physical body totally relax automatically. If accomplished correctly the eyes will naturally open and you will no longer be looking for security inward or outward.
