No. What you're talking about is just the views of human beings - here the scientists' views, when they looked at the universe at different points of time - changed and not the universe iftself or the viewer himself changed. This is like the parable of five blind men used their hands to "see" the different parts of an elephant's body, for example, or when the man named Steve was stung by someone's words he got upset and when he was praised by good words of someone else, he felt very happy, didn't he? The bad words replaced by the good words and the man seemed have been changed but the substance of the "he" actually did not changed. This is why it can be said that he is as old as the Homo Sapien woman circa 150,000 years ago!
