It's not hard to see your own true nature or original face.
But it's hard to see things with what you're thinking about them.

Are you saying that your conventional self cannot of its own accord see its true nature?
Forgive me but that sounds like dismissing the conventional self.

Seeing is your true nature, or better, seeing is the true nature.

and that I catch your meaning that "seeing" is not the best word.. "realizing" would be better.
However, looking back, I still fail to realize why you responded to me saying:
