i really enjoy this site... it has given me knowledge that i now treasure... it is true that when one is suffering they look for a way out, i in fact choose a positive form of dealing (in zazen) instead of falling into addiction and ignorance... thank you very much

Your site is very well laid out, but please run a spell checking program on the actual text. When reading, a misspelled word really breaks up my train of thought.

You have put together a very nice website. My only thoughts on improvement are that you need to do a little editing for grammar and typos. Other than that, bravo! Good answer to the God question on the zen forum. Thanks for spreading the Dharma.

Entry # 36 GSG's Web site: Heart, eyes, love, astrology and sex. But the link did not work and this was recently brought to my notice by David Charlet of Nevada. My heartfelt thanks to him. And my apologies. The title now is Love, God & Advaita. Advaita or Non-Duality is the culmination of devotion and longing to be united with the Beloved. It appeals to the heart as well as to the head. Advaita, Buddhism and Zen are similar in their essential teaching. I had the good fortune to learn from a truly great master or Guru. May all the worlds be happy, may all everywhere be happy, says a centuries-old Sanskrit prayer. On that note, I take my leave. GSG

This is a PS to my previous entry.
I thought I had entered my URL last time incorrectly but I find the same 'error' in the URL has sneaked in again despite my most careful copy-&-paste job! Here's the URL: http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Cyprus/4489/index.html
Please do not, repeat, do not click on the title Love, God & Advaita.
The Webmaster should look into the matter. Some kind of glitch?

Thank you very much for providing such a comprehensive site on-line free of charge. It is generous of you to share the gift of your knowledge with the whole world.I am a college student at the University at Albany and am currently working on a report on Zen Buddhism and its influence on the Samurai of Japan. Any additional information you could provide would be appreciated. My e-mail is tr7966@cnsvax.albany.edu. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

a very well done site. I admit that I didn't get here to study Zen Buddhism, but for a college report. However, I have learned a lot from this site, some things that I shall never forget. Thank you.

I enjoyed the simplicity of your site. Puts the basic ideas out for easy understanding. I'm a little unclear on some of the items in the eight-fold path (like #7), but I'm sure I can find out more through one of your links.
Thanks for having this site out on the web!
