WHAT IS CALLED IGNORANCE?

Bhikkhus, what is ignorance?
Not knowing suffering,
Not knowing the origin of suffering,
Not knowing the cessation of suffering,
Not knowing the path leading to the cessation of suffering.
This is called ignorance.
